In 2018, a new york boat was finished! On June 30, it was moved into the river and it made it’s big debut on Dominion Day (Canada Day)! All summer, there were TWO york boats in the river! We even had a brigade (of these two boats) arrive on July 1. It was pretty exciting!

The larger, older boat Methuselah is in the foreground (with an all-women crew) and the new boat, Joseph’s Folly, is behind (with an all-male crew).

Looking down from the pedestrian bridge onto YB4. Look how clean and new it is!

A crew of all-women rowed the much larger, older boat, Methuselah. They were amazing, hardworking women!
